  2. Data we collect.
    1. Data you give us: name, phone number, email, billing and delivery address, GSTIN (for business buyers), account login details, and messages sent through our forms.
    2. Order data: products purchased, order value, payment status. Card, UPI and net-banking details are entered on our payment gateway’s page and are not stored by us.
    3. Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and cookies.
  3. Why we use it. To process and deliver orders; issue GST invoices; respond to enquiries and complaints; manage your account; send order updates; and, only with your separate consent, send offers. We process data on the basis of your consent or for legitimate uses permitted under Section 7 of the DPDP Act, such as fulfilling a purchase you requested and complying with law.
